Our appraisal services

For estates that either don’t have real estate or simply prefer to break up the work into many service providers, we provide the below options.

Probate Mini Appraisal Package
A basic virtual appraisal of a small space of household of contents or antiques. This appraisal is delivered via a virtual walkthrough using a video call, with the client showcasing what they wish to have appraised during the call. This option is suitable for a small space or for specific items, for probate purposes. Price starting at $499. Book now.
Probate Average Household Appraisal Package
A basic virtual appraisal of a whole household of contents. This appraisal is delivered via a virtual walkthrough using a video call, with the client showcasing what they wish to have appraised during the call. This option is suitable for an average home, condo, or apartment suite, for probate purposes. Consulting and photos supplied or taken during the virtual meeting, and conversation. Price starting at $799. Book now.
The above appraisals are not suitable for some jewelry, art, coins, stamps, valuable branded merchandise, or items that require authentication, or a personal visit. Some of these areas require specialty appraisers, such as a gemologist for fine jewelry.
In-person general probate appraisals May not be available in all areas.
