Our team holds a number of Senior Real Estate designations and has developed, from decades of listing houses, a single purpose: getting them sold properly! Our unique approach means that we consistently succeed for our clients - offering a 98% sale success rate. Compare this to the average market across Ontario, which has a list to sale rate of about 60-65%. Not the best odds for a goal-driven seller. Move Management - 20 Years Strong

 

We have been integrating move management with our real estate services for over 20 years. Gordon’s holds the Circle of Service distinction with the National Association of Senior Move Managers. Our team also taught the Canadian Certified Relocation and Transitions Specialist course. Our company is not a start-up. Even though our holistic approach to real estate, move management and sale of goods is innovative - we’ve been doing this for a long time. With origins in the live auction industry, we have a background in tried, trusted and true sales methods that work.
